Shipping policy

We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses on all orders £50 and over. There is a small charge of £3.99 for all items under this amount.

All of our orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive an automated dispatch email from Heritage Jigsaws once your order is collected from our couriers. We pride ourselves on fast postage times!


Next Day Delivery

UK Express (Guaranteed Next Working Day) is available for £6.99.

 

Please note: UK express delivery is not available on weekends. Orders must be placed before 3pm Mon–Fri for guaranteed next working day delivery.

 


International Delivery

The postage costs for international deliveries are based on weight. This will be shown at the checkout stage for all orders up to 20kg.

EU Taxes and Tariffs

Please be aware, due to the UK leaving the European Union, Heritage Jigsaws does not have control over what (if any) duties will be charged by EU Customs. The customer is responsible for any possible duties applied to their order, including taxes and tariffs. Orders refused by customers can be returned for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, duties, and a 20% administration fee.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept the return of the item, without quibble, within 60 days of purchase. Please return your items to:

  • Please ensure your items return to us in the same condition.

  • On receipt of your return, we will refund you the cost of your puzzle, excluding any postal charges.

  • We also accept an exchange of goods provided you are happy to cover postage of the replacement item.
