All Heritage Jigsaws are 1000-piece puzzles. When complete, each puzzle measures approximately 68cm x 48cm — a satisfying size to frame or display.

 

Are your puzzles suitable for all ages?

Our puzzles are recommended for ages 12 and above. The 1000-piece format and detailed imagery make them a wonderful challenge for older children, adults, and puzzle enthusiasts alike.

 

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery then takes 3–5 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — enjoy free standard UK delivery on all orders over £50. Standard delivery is £3.99 for orders below this threshold.

 

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied, return your item unused and in its original packaging and we'll arrange a full refund. For damaged or incomplete puzzles, please contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Each Heritage Jigsaw design is created by our in-house team in Yorkshire, drawing inspiration from Britain's most beautiful and historically significant locations — from rugged coastlines and harbour villages to rolling countryside and market towns.
