Heritage Jigsaws – Refund Policy

At Heritage Jigsaws, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether a piece is missing or you’ve simply had a change of heart, our policy is designed to be as straightforward as the border of a 1,000-piece puzzle.


Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, we offer a full refund within 60 days of receipt.

  • Process: To help us resolve this quickly, we simply require photographic evidence of the damage or fault.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will process your refund or replacement immediately.

Returning an Order

Sometimes a puzzle just isn’t the right fit. If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, you may return the item within 60 days, provided it is in its original packaging with the security seal unbroken.

Return Conditions & Shipping

To ensure a smooth return process, please keep the following in mind:

  • Return Costs: We are unable to cover the postage costs for unwanted items; the cost of returning these is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Proof of Posting: We strongly recommend obtaining proof of posting. Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach our office.

  • Inspection: Once our customer care team receives and inspects the item, you will be notified of your refund.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned as new, unused, free of defects, and in its original packaging.

Order Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, your refund will be issued immediately.
