Standard UK Delivery — £2.99 (Free on orders over £40)

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

 

Returns

We want you to love your jigsaw. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, please email us at info@heritagejigsaws.co.uk with your order number.

 

Damaged or Missing Pieces?

In the unlikely event your puzzle arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@heritagejigsaws.co.uk. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no quibble.
